I love the visibility you have into who's viewed the mutual action plan from the client side, what they viewed, etc. It's also really helpful to be able to hide certain parts of the plan from the client. Great for onboarding clients on our process! We do not have to chase clients/remind them of things so much. Really helps cut back admin time for employees to focus time on other tasks that also need addressing. This will also help our clients see the things that are upcoming, so we can stay on task/on time as we progress projects forward.
