Instantly see what's happening with your deals, and what needs to be done

Let's be honest - your reputation can make or break your business. Every second matters when you're working with a potential client.

If you're not communicating with clients in a professional and quick manner, they'll find someone who will.

We believe that you should be able to have all of your client communication in a single, easy to manage place. Not spread out through email, Dropbox, Trello, Google Docs, and who knows where.

You should be able to collaborate with potential and current clients, providing an amazing buyer experience.

And that's why we're excited to roll out our new Dashboard for Recapped.io.

Update #1 - Sorting and Filtering

With the new sort and filter settings, your team can:

  • Sort your recaps by title, owner, create date, or even the last activity
  • Filter the dashboard so only your recaps are displayed
  • Navigate every single recap that's been created by your team

Update #2 - Recent Activity

Now, the newly added Recent Activity panel will show you exactly what's been happening with your deals.

Whether someone opens the recap, downloads a file, uploads a file, completes a task, or leaves a comment, you'll be able to see in real time.

For some of our customers, this can even completely remove the need for an additional CRM.

Update #3 - Upcoming Tasks

And finally, your team can get a clear view of the next steps that need to be completed.

You and your team will see all tasks that have been assigned to you, or your client within the last 7 days (within the last week, and a week in the future)

We're working hard on further integrating Recapped into your current solutions, so be on the lookout for CRM, gmail, and calendar integrations in the near future!

Dashboard updates are now available to all Recapped.io users. If for some reason you aren't seeing the updates, simply try logging out and back in.

If you have any questions or would like to submit feedback, please email help@recapped.io or speak with your dedicated Account Manager.
